Pizza Soup!

One of the most difficult habits to change is what we put in our mouths.  We enjoy our food and drink on much more than a physical level.  It’s very tied to our emotions as well.  Did your mom make a special dessert that you associate with your happiest memories as a child?  It’s likely that in times of stress, similar desserts aren’t far from your thoughts.  Hard day?  You probably have some comfort foods that are easy and delicious.  But perhaps not a great way to move you toward your goals.  If you love pizza like me, here’s a recipe you could try.  If you are really struggling to eat healthier, maybe try sprinkling a little parmesan cheese on top for some zest 😉
