Our Services

Rise to meet your challenge in our classes! Led by our incredibly talented coaches, our classes are designed to deliver two things – great results and the best hour of your day. No matter if you’re a beginner or an elite athlete, we’ll scale everything to meet you where you are, so you get a great workout every time.  

  • CrossFit Group Training

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored!  We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Yoga

    At CrossFit Initiative, we believe in a holistic approach to health.  Flexibility, breathing control, and positional awareness are all vitally important elements.  Yoga is a perfect way to improve these physical abilities while also calming the body, mind, and spirit.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Initiative offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

  • Olympic Weightlifting Fundamentals

    Our Olympic Weightlifting class aims to improve the classic Olympic lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • CrossFit Foundations

    Every new CrossFitter begins in our 4-session foundations course. In each session, you’ll spend 60-90 minutes with a coach to learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. Each session finishes with a CrossFit workout.  Although the workouts are challenging, this course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts.
